• Pickups: After you arrive at the airport, proceed to the baggage area to collect your luggage. Please call us on Toll free 1888 LIMO 1888 and our dispatcher will direct you to the pick up location at the airport. Pick up time is 3 - 5 minutes after we receivie your call, or Our Chauffers can greet you at the designated baggage claim area with a welcome sign displaying your name.

• Confirmation: We will confirm with the booking agent as well as calling the client at given contact number for departures.

• Cancellation Policy: Booking can be cancelled 3 hours prior for all Airport Departure and Arrival reservations. We always request you to give 24 hours of notice. For cancellation policy for charter services, please call 1888 LIMO 1888

• Payment Policy: All payment are due at the time of service. Payment can be made in cash, credit card or by a pre-approved private check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover. In addition, Corporate Accounts can be billed on a semi-monthly basis. Invoices are due upon receipt

• Wait Time Policy: You will not be charged for the first 15 minutes at the Departure pick-up. After 15 minutes you will be charged at our half-hour rate as applicable. This does not apply to Limousine or Charter Services.
